This place is nothing short of scam and should be condemned. I lived there with our dog, cat, son and pregnant wife. We discovered black mold in our unit and they only painted over ot every time we complained about it. My wife went into preterm labor twice, the dog died from an upper respitory infection as did our cat. My wife had a terrible rash that covered her whole body until the day we moved out. When we told them to take care of it or we were leaving the next day our unit was found unlocked and thousands of dollars of electronics were missing. The next day we changed the lock and we got phone calls that they couldnt get in to perform work orders we had not requested. Then a window got broken and that took then six weeks to repair. This place is a nightmare, I may have moved out about a year ago but three other people moved out for the same black mold adjacent to my unit. I seen that same unit being cleaned out every couple months for new tennants. I wonder why...

If I could give it no stars I would, lived here for about 2 miserable years, under contract there are mice, rats, roaches,bedbugs, and (mold, they have no idea what it is) the manager (Mayra) shes mexican but she claims her name is May and shes white very ridiculous, when she speaks you can tell shes a beaner,she is a Grade AA Bitch she gives you attitude for everything, shes a smart ass at times she doenst care about children in the complex, to best describe her she is a Piece of shit. Maintenance has a record of their own, One of the workers was accused of physically molesting numerous woman when performing tasks given to him at their apartments, when legal action was taken they simply protected him and he was gone from the complex and the from country he was an illegal inmigrant from mexico, the manager (Mayra) protected him because of the affair she was having with him, appart from that the workers are illegal, lazy and dont speak Inglish they are very unprofessional about their work. a 10 minute task takes them all day, there have been reports that they steal from the apartments, jewelry, food, alcohol, and furniture, the owner is a piece of shit as well he wants to raise the rent every month, they want to force you to pay for upgrades they dont want to pay for, and they post personal information on your front door so everyone in the complex can see. If your a pimp, prostitude, crackhead or a dealer this is the spot for you, gun shoots heard all the time, a couple of dead people in front of their apartments every month, so if you still want to live in this place go ahead it might be cheap and your neighbors are only up at night,so it can probably be your last place you live in.

If anyone out there can get this message to the right person they should do it not one thing is a lie about it and the other reviews are all correct as well I would agree 100%

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I am a current tenant who has lived here since September 2001. When we first moved in, the owner lived on property and had done so much to improve and make this place a really wonderful place to call "home". He had kicked out all the pimps, prostitutes, dealers, junkies and gang-bangers that had made it a horror to live in. In 2004, the owner decided to sell the complex and it was sold to an Asian family in L.A. who never even set foot onto the property...just sent their lawyer to do the sale. Since they have bought the place, the complex has gone downhill. They took out the playground equipment and put up signs that said no bikes, rollerskates, in-line skates or skateboards were allowed when this is a family heavy complex. The grass was removed and cheap gravel put in instead. Constant flooding has attracted mold and bugs and caused constant infestation for both. Things break and do not get fixed, unless you threaten legal action and then it is fixed as cheaply as possible and then they act all surprised when it is broken again in no time. We have two swimming pools, but they aren't allowed to be open because the new owners won't put out the money to properly care for them. Neither of our laundry rooms are open and they won't give a reason why, just have them locked up tightly. Twice in the last 90 days the sewage system has, literally, exploded and the first time it was left to sit for several days before the health department was called. They were warned to replace the pipes, which are too small and cheaply made, or else they would be shut down because it is a health hazard! It exploded, for the second time, yesterday and the health department is threatening to shut this complex down...permanently! Our complex has been featured twice on the local news, once for health department violations for swimming pools and as an expose on slum lords! The only good manager we have had, since these owners took over, and they fired her because the news asked her about an apartment that burnt but had people still living in the apartment below...with small children. She told them she couldn't talk to them but told them to call the owners...they fired her for that and that is shady! Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from this complex..EVER!!!
