I went in for my first filling and he drilled a hole in my cheek; but instead of apologizing for a mistake, he told me that I moved my tongue and pushed the drill into my cheek! He had to put a stitch in, but just kept telling everyone that worked there (reception, techs, etc...) that I have a really strong tongue and pushed that drill!! My mouth was totally numbed up, and from my understanding- the assistant is supposed to be holding the tongue down (because the the tongue is numb) which she did do the next day when I had to come back to finish the procedure. I have never experienced such sloppy work, not just from the drill hole, but one of the fillings in the back had a hole in it and he double charged me to repair that (it was from his bad work). And they told me it was probably from eating meat, ironically I'm a vegetarian. I will never come back to PRECIOUS DENTAL!
