First off let me start out by saying I USED to go to firehouse weekly for dinner one night for my whole family because they do have amazing subs. I don't anymore because after finding a 2 1/2 inch piece of metal in one of their steak subs and being yelled at by the manager about how I'm a liar and how it couldn't have come from their store I decided they no longer deserve my business. I understand mistakes happen and only wanted to make them aware a piece of metal was put into the food somehow so they could fix where the problem was coming from. But when the management AND owners treat a frequent customer(they even know my exact order and name) as poorly as they did by calling you liar, they don't deserve anymore of mine or anyone's business.
