I am seeking 1 roommate to share my new house and am offering the entire upstairs for rent to this select individual. I am hoping to find someone to move-in between Aug 13th-Sept 1st. The space consists of a loft-style livingroom (18X13), bedroom (13X12) and a full-size bathroom. I have no reason to journey upstairs so you will be the ONLY TRAFFIC to venture the staircase and everything on the 2nd floor. You have the choice to take the floor fully furnished, completely empty or select pieces here or there that might compliment your current furniture.Along with your private floor, you will have complete access to the mediaroom w/ huge TV and surround-sound, furnished diningroom and kitchen with all brand new stainless-steel appliances. The laundryroom has brand new front-loading 'he' washer and dryer and with the $600 rent also includes 1 space in the garage for use of your choice. The house has high-speed wireless internet, cable and TIVO already throughout the house. There is a backyard with small grassed area and a patio for light entertainment/personal use, and the neighborhood private pool is just across from the house. The house is located in a small, quiet Gated neighborhood just off Summerlin Pkwy at Town Center. I am asking for a signed lease agreement for either 6month or 1year. Utilities are not included, but add up to approx. an additional $225; Gas ($35 each), Power ($70 each), Cable ($50 each), Water/Trash, Etc ($20 each) and Fee/Dues ($50 each). I hope that it does not matter, but I want it out there that I am a 27yr professional gay male who works full-time on the strip.
