We are a small family of 3 with a small dog (pug) that is looking for rental homes in the Las Vegas area around $1000-$1200. Being newly relocated to the area we are trying to avoid a huge deposit or wish to work with someone who will accept a deposit in installments (we plan on at minimal a year lease optimally 18 months to 2 years). We have a very established rental history and I am former military.
