Service Point USA provides value-added reprographic services and web-based tools to the professional design marketplace through its web site (www.servicepointusa.com),over 300 On-site Services programs within host design firms (also known as Facilities Management) and through 16 service centers. We are currently seeking a Reprographics Technician for our new Las Vegas location.



DESCRIPTION:

* Operate various reprographic pieces of equipment to include; copy machines,large format scanning and imaging equipment, color laser copiers, computers,and binding and finishing equipment.

* Take incoming orders for Reprographics services and promptly log them into the tracking system.

* Answer customer questions regarding production, price, and time deadlines in person and via telephone. Strive to increase sales by creating a positive selling and customer service environment.

* Monitor order deadlines to ensure timely production and communicate with supervisor when deadlines are in jeopardy.

* Make local deliveries of small packages when needed in order to meet customer deadlines.



Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

* Current Drivers License.

* Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.

* Basic knowledge of reprographics services preferred.

* Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email,FTP.

* Flexibility and the ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.

* Fluency in written and spoken English.

* Positive attitude and the willingness to work as part of a team committed to providing exceptional service to Service Point's customers at all times.

* The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
