Casita, Studio, 1 Bdrm w/small dog

Looking for place to rent month to month between $500- $800/month in the Henderson area (Nothing north of Russell or east of 95), that will allow a dog (under 25#, house trained)preferably with a yard or patio so doggy can do his business. I will ALWAYS take care of his business!

I am semi retired, working part time as a contract bookkeeper. I have no credit references other than my current landlord, Gas Co. & Electric Co. who can verify I have paid rent/bills promptly for the past year.
