I am looking for a 2 bedroom unit at panorama towers for an october 1st move in date. The HOA requires a 2 week application which means I need to find one this weekend. I am looking for either tower with the 2 bedroom unit that is just under 1100sqft.



I want a 6 month lease that I will pay cash upfront for the full amount. Odds are that I will stay beyond that if available but am only willing to sign a 6 month lease.If I do stay another 6 months it will also be cash in advance.



If you have a unit available and would like to get it rented immediatly please let me know I am willing to go as high as $1,800/month, but obviously all things being equal I will take the lowest offer.



I have no pets am rarely home and regularly have a maid clean so your investment wil stay in top notch condition.
