Reguirements:


Valid CPR Card


Drivers License or State Issued I.D. Card


Current DMV Driving Record


Social Security Card


Two (2) Fingerprint Cards


2-Step Tuberculosis (TB) Test


Complete one of our 9 hour basic training classes provided by our company
