Job Title: Game Designer

Location: Las Vegas

Compensation: 65-90K

Status: Direct

Work Schedule: Mon thru Fri 9 to 5



Description of Position:



Responsible for the management of game design and development process for one or more games on a project basis from concept to approval. Establish the game content, oversee graphics, determine math specs, sound and other technical components of existing or new game development and reports to senior manager any discrepancies or problems to resolve. Maintain creative direction as expressed in the functional spec/game proposal, including the creation of storyboards, generation of game flow, detailed task schedules. Create production timeline and coordinate anticipated staffing schedules with other scheduled resources; determine production team leaders; define project requirements and determine resources. Provide all resource materials as needed to produce game; coordinate marketing strategy, and assign project tasks and establish internal progress reviews. Maintain time and materials costs and records, and prepare relevant game information for presentation needs, executive review, testing and compliance requirements.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

1-3 yrs experience in the field of game production as a producer or product manager



Desired:

1-3 yrs creative and supervisory experience leading technical teams
