Looking for a babysitter ASAP!! Must be reliable and loving!

I am looking for a babysitter full-time to care for my 7 month old son. I prefer it to be from my home but am negotiable about that. My work hours would pretty much be sun-mon 9:30am - 7pm give or take my two off days. I do not have a set schedule so that is where availability comes into play.
