Job Responsibilities:
*Assist claimants with resolving their needs / locating appropriate refunds
*Coordinate mail and all incoming and outgoing deliveries
*Distribute incoming letters, forms, emails, faxes and delivery status of outgoing faxes
*Other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
*Excellent phone presence, language, grammar and communication skills
*Intermediate knowledge of basic computer skills
*Initiative, planning, execution and follow-through skills
*Customer/client service oriented
