PLEASE rent a poor student your casita/guest house

I am graduating in May and our roommates have decided to move back to Ohio early. I am engaged and we are trying very hard to pay for school and save for a wedding/house. David and I are very quiet, very neat and very personable. We both work full time. David also teaches Golf lessons and I go to school full-time. We can move at the end of September. If you want a couple who will be neat, quiet and pay their rent on time then you've found us. We don't have any pets and we don't party. Rent is negotiable, we have multiple references and and can pay any deposit you need.
