i turn the lights of when not using them, and i keep the utilities low.



i respect others privacy and property



i smoke outside only



im a unlv student and i have a full time job



id like to rent a room around the NE where i work or unlv.



im a very quiet roomie and mind my own business



i rarely drink alchohol (just if i go out socially maybe one or two beers)



gender of roomie not important



i do my dishes and mop



i scrub the shower and bathroom once a week with comet



i like dogs and cats, but i dont have any pets of my own
