Looking for a room to rent on the west side of Las Vegas Strip. Im very clean and quiet and respectful of others. Im 33 employed and have my own transportation. The ideal place would be simi furnished with cable and highspeed internet access in the room with a private bathroom. I would perfer to be in a situation were there is only 2 people in the house/apt or condo (not a partyer nor do I wish to be living in a party house situation). I am gay and do have a boyfreind who will be visiting me once in a while but he will not be spending the night. More about me, im a recent trasnplant to Las Vegas from Floirda. Im very quiet and will respect your space as I hope you will respect my space as well, I do not do any drugs/smoke and I do not drink. Im would like to rent a place around the 10th of september and willing to neg. on the rent but would perfer utilities to be included.
