Yes it's a little ways off but I am looking for someone to share a rental home with. I am a 40 year old, single female with no kids, professional with 2 cats. I've owned my own home for the past 8 years My home recently sold and I have a 90 day escrow. I will need to be moved out by the end of November.





I have a home office so will need to occupy at least 2 bedrooms. I have a realtor looking for a 4 bedroom home in the Southwest part of town. Silverado Ranch area with a budget of $1500 max in rent per month.





I am looking for someone to share the home with. You will need to also sign the rental lease agreement and all utilities would be split in half. In essence I am looking to live well for half the price.
