ROLE OF POSITION



As Senior Technical writer, you will work collaboratively with various teams to design, create, write and deliver concise, easy-to-understand documentation for our enterprise applications. You should be self-directed and team-oriented with the ability to communicate with and understand customers, internal team members and deliver the documents necessary to make them successful.





QUALIFICATIONS:



The ideal candidate will possess:



4+ years writing technical documentation, 2+ years in a Sr. Technical writer capacity



. Exceptional technical writing and editing skills

. Strong customer relationship and presentation skills

. Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials

. Proven experience of innovation for making documentation more usable and useful for customers

. Ability to understand complex software technologies and document them from the ground up

. Previous experience documenting enterprise applications

. Highly self-motivated & professional



A plus:



Bachelor's degree in a technical or communications field or equivalent
