Grassroots Campaigns is an independent political consulting firm that specializes in running field operations and fundraising for progressive candidates, causes, and organizations.



The November 2006 midterm election was an exciting step forward for progressives; but much work remains. If we want to combat global warming, increase access to higher education, provide healthcare for all American, end corruption in Washington, and redeploy our troops, we must maintain control of Congress and Take Back the White House!



We are looking for passionate, dedicated, responsible people who are willing to work hard to achieve positive change.




Now is the time to get involved; we have the momentum going for us and we need to continue to build up networks of committed volunteers and activists to make change happen!

NOW HIRING: Field Organizers



Field Organizers will work in multiple congressional districts to recruit, train, and manage these crucial networks of volunteers. Specifically, Field Organizers will:

  • Recruit volunteers through phone calls, emails, individual interactions and community events.
  • Train volunteers in key organizing skills, including organizing a district meeting with their member of congress, holding a press conference in their district or generating grassroots support on a particular issue.
  • Manage and mobilize volunteers by meeting weekly with lead volunteers to plan upcoming campaign tactics in their district, ongoing volunteer recruitment and training.


    • Current and past clients include: the Democratic National Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, MoveOn PAC, American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Center for American Progress, and Environmental Action.
