I'm looking for a guest house/casita (preferably) or a large room (or 2) in safe, quiet home. I am a responsible single mom with a 5 year old son and a declawed cat (I didn't do it). I have a great job but no add'l support so am trying to find something affordable yet safe, drama free and quiet. If guest house/casita is not available, then preferably a master bedroom with attached bath as I will have to share with my son and need something to fit both our beds and his toys - or an add'l room which would be great! I would prefer to live with another single parent or another professional rather than a house full of young singles. I do not drink or use drugs and would prefer the same in a roommate. I do not do any entertaining. I do smoke, but only outside, so a balcony or patio would be most welcome. I am currently living in a great house with a nice roommate - however, he has recently pretty much moved his second girlfriend in within that many months and I am no longer comfortable here. I would prefer to avoid this situation in the future, so am looking for a place were overnighters are at least a rare occurrence and a new household member will not suddenly appear without warning, as that is not the example I want to set for my son. Time is not a consideration, though I would like to move sooner rather than later. My ideal situation would be the one I had when I moved here, where my roommate and I have different shifts and I have a certain amount of quiet time alone, which I desperately need once I finally get my son to bed. A private entrance would be ideal but definitely not required. Kitchen/laundry privileges essential. I am currently living in the Silverado Ranch/Bermuda and love the area, as well as Henderson where I lived previously, but will consider anywhere safe other than NLV. If you have something that fits, please let me know. I am available for house/pet sitting as well if needed as we are around almost all of the time. Thank you for your consideration.
