DESCRIPTION: We are searching for smart and persistent sales professionals to be the regional sales manager for a number of sales territories across the US. This is an outstanding opportunity for a person passionate about software solutions sales to hire in on the ground floor and be part of a national roll-out, selling to the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
· Provide direct sales leadership for the assigned geographical US Sales territory
· Drive the sales activities of the region and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts
· Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by selling mobile software solution.
· Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
· Develop an understanding of customer’s business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives.
· Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining and growing sales within existing accounts.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of direct technical solutions sales experience.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 5 or more years of direct, solutions sales management experience
· Demonstrable record of sales success. Consistent "Top 10%" performer; President’s Club or equivalent.
· Experienced in Solution and/or Strategic Selling methodologies.
· Big ticket sales experience with ASP in $50K to $1mil range;
· Experience selling into architectural/engineering/construction environments (AEC) a strong plus.
· Highly knowledgeable of technology industry trends and strategies as it relates to the appropriate regional industry segments.
· Excellent written communication and presentation skills
· In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude.
