Commercial Loan - Sales Associate - Residential Experience wanted!



Bring your residential lending background here! Residential is declining but Commercial Real estate lending is BOOMING! We'll train you on the Commercial Lending Industry and make you an expert while paying you a salary. Within a year or so you can grow to become an Account Manager making a much larger salary and commissions.



The primary goal of the Sales Associate is to assist the Account Manager in selling and moving deals into the pipeline and keeping deals proactively moving forward so as to allow the Account Manager to focus on driving sales.



The Sales Associate responsibilities are as follows:



Maximize capacity to manage deals.

Display a high work ethic and professional demeanor.

Support Account Managers in administration of loans and sales efforts.

Maintain accurate and current records of broker contacts.

Assist brokers in submitting loans.

Make prospecting calls.

Expand and maintain sales database.

Assist in bringing in new deals.

Other duties as assigned by Management.



Requirements

Must be sales oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills are a must.

Required Experience



Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of mortgage experience are preferred.
