Description:
The District Executive is responsible for managing the overall growth, quality, program enhancement and supervision of the Scouting program within a specified geographical area. Achieve these objectives by identifying, cultivating, recruiting and guiding a team of adult volunteers who it turn support, train and motivate those volunteers who deliver the Scouting program to youth. If you have skills in human relations, public relations, marketing, business or sales, Scouting could be right for you.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
US citizen or declared interest to become one
At least 21 years of age
Willing to work varied hours when necessary to achieve positive objectives
Believe in the BSA and subscribe to its principles and standards
Possess characteristics of a self starter, team player and goal oriented individual
